With this software we can now more efficiently and accurately track our inspections and repairs in the field. It also allows us to be a paper free company with regards to inspection reports and work orders used by our techs on a job site. Now our techs simply fill out the report or work order on their laptop and send it to the office wirelessly. Once received at the office an invoice is auto generated and emailed back to the customer. In most cases the invoice and reports will be emailed back to the customer before our tech has even left their parking lot. Our software also interfaces with our website so you can login at our site and look at any reports or work orders that have been done on your property, as well as pay your bill or request a maintenance call.
